I travel a lot for business and have to accommodate my employees as well as myself. We work in this area a lot, and we would always stay at the higher end hotels because I am not a fan of budget hotels, I have had bad experiences. We ended up staying here several nights because the hotels that we usually stay at in this area were overly pricey that week. We now stay here at least several times a month, we have not yet had a bad experience, sure, there are issues with the key card at times, or, the fridge had left over drinks that weren't removed, however, these issues were and are very minute.

My stay was good. The check in was a real mess. The front desk person could not find my reservation in the system. She wanted to see my confirmation which was not a problem. Once she found me in the system she keep answering the phone and delaying my check in. I had a room on the 3rd floor 314 next to the ice machine. The smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallway. When I went to check out in the morning there was no one at the front desk. The cleaning staff kept walking behind the desk to get supplies or something. After about 15 minutes or so, I just left as no one ever came to the front desk. I normally don't do the online check out because I need paper receipts.

The staff was so nice. Good atmosphere when i walked into the lobby. The room was clean and looked welcoming. One of the best hotels I have stayed at that isnt super expensive. All around good experience. I will definitely stay again. Thank you guys sk much! :)

The staff was nice. The rooms look exactly like the picture. The rooms were clean, had a fridge, dove soap, shampoo/cond. mounted on wall, and 2 towel sets in restrooms. The rooms were well lit, and parking lot is well lit with surveille. Breakfast was good: waffles, eggs, sausage and muffins, etc. Great location near airport and Anne Arundel mall.

This place was exceptional for the price I paid. The rooms smelled nice and fresh the carpet look almost new no stains. All the lights and fixtures worked. The bathroom was spotless. They also had showtime to watch. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling near Nursery Rd. Had a clean microwave and small fridge. Had USB connection. Great air conditioner and the bed was nice a comfortable. Need I say more…😊

Proximity to airport and easy quick shuttle service to and from the airport. We were promptly picked up after calling on our return after midnight. We parked our car there for over a week for an added fee, and it was safe even through a snow.

The room was clean bathroom was clean the guy at check out was extremely nice even acknowledged my kids nice size room beds were comfy I’d stay again it was reasonable for the price

Everyone was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean. The airport shuttle driver Rob was exceptional. My room clock was 20 minutes off, and my room phone didn't work. So I called the front desk from my cell phone at 06:18am for my scheduled 06:20 airport ride and they held for a moment while I rushed to the bus. That was greatly appreciated.

The ladies at the front desk was very accommodating in helping me with a room being i had a disability and needed to be on a lower floor, the room was clean and the water was hot in the showers. The beds was comfortable me and my brothers slept well, we was in baltimore on buisness and I look forward to coming back at the end of March and stay again.
